Is a mother, graphic designer, visual artist, 500-hour certified yoga teacher, and certified sound healing practitioner. Driven by a deep need to express herself through art, movement, and sound, she flows between creative mediums, using the body and senses as tools for emotional and energetic release.

Iris is constantly exploring ways to cultivate balance in everyday life, and is passionate about sharing the practices that have supported her own journey with care, respect, and heartfelt intention. Whether she is guiding movement, holding space in stillness, or letting sound do the work, her offerings are rooted in the belief that each person carries within them everything they need to heal and restore.
